ground wire came loose

well i fired up the bike tonight and it was running funny, but i thought it would clear up if i rode it, but the problem didn't clear up. I went to a bike show and i wouldnt start, thank god there was another guy there on a 78 kz 1000, we went crazy trying to find the problem, come to find out the ground wire was loose were it bolts to the motor.

74 Z1a 900 (Apart and making it better than ever)
77 Kz 650b (Threw a rod, going to sandwich in a 900 or 1000 motor)
76 Kz 400d

yea, i felt a little stupid when i seen that the ground cable was loose, but hey you live and learn....huh
