wiring diagram for a 78 kz1000

I have just purchased a 78 kz 1000A but I cannot get the charging system to work. I have had the stator, regulator/rectifier, and that little black thing with the wires soldered in it all check and they were fine. The dealership told me that it was wiring problem on the bike itself. I was wondering if anyone could help me. Thanks. I have a giant ball of wires strung out and I cant find the prob.

have you gotten a chance to search through the site yet? I see you only have one post. on the top of the page, where there are the green tabs that say "home, articles, forum......." click on "KZ Information". then that will drop down a menu, click on "filebase" once you get in there, there is all sorts of information regarding specs and wiring info. thats where i found all my wiring info! goodluck!
