Replacement Handlebar Controls

Are there any direct swappable handlebar controls from newer bikes for the kz's? Like a newer ninja or gsxr. The controls I have on my bike are pretty ratty looking and I'd like to get something a little newer looking. The bike is an 82 650 CSR.

if you want new modern control boxes these are the thing to get. can be found on eBay $40-65 range.
