Kz1000, though that's irrelevant, really just trying to find bore size for 105 main jet as I have a set that are of dubious origin.

Bought a set of larger aftermarket pilot jets. The bike wouldn't run for SHT. Got Mikuni's the same size and the bike took off. 
They aren't drilled the same. I only use Mikuni jets now.

I have 105 Mikuni Jets. I have drill bits in .0395 it seams to fit nice. My next bit is .0420 and is to big.

Mikuni jets are sized in millimeres and fractions of.
So a 105 is 1.05mm.

Makes sense. 1.05mm is .0413. That’s why my .0420 would not fit. Thank you
