Give me a few days. I'll give it a shot. I'm happy to post the dimensions here too.

I have not forgotten about this project. But I'll be honest... The parts are in a friend's garage, and It's been snowing a fair amount here in Pittsburgh. The fact that I don't need to leave my house makes going out seem very unappealing. :)

Haha! I feel you on that one. Winter finally hit here. Working from home in my sweatpants all day long. Think about maybe putting on pants and leaving the house until I look out the window.

I don't know what that is in ⁰C but I do know that -40 is -40 in ⁰C and bald eagles, so it sound like things are much better where you are than here.

This was a good excuse for me to play with OnShape. I don't have a paid account or anything, so all of the designs are publicly viewable. Not that I know how to send a link or anything...

I've attached the files I managed to get out of it. If the dimensions in the drawing are not clear, maybe I could figure out how to add another detail view.

The inside radius at the inlet and outlet are my best guess. I didn't have a good way to measure them. But they look close.

I don't know what the options are, but make sure whatever you print this out of is not going to come apart after exposure to heat/vibration/fuel/time. You don't want pieces to get sucked into the engine. If you still have the internal screens that came on the kZ1000 air box, that might help a bit.

Speaking of that, the tube tapers slightly from top to bottom. I believe this is simply a draft angle required to get the part to come out of the mold. If it makes it easier to print, you could make the tube straight. You also have plenty of space to increase the tube wall thickness, since the OD of the tube necks down at the top below where it mounts to the silencer.
