bike wont start cold

i just tore my stock carbs down bench synced set fuel levels via the wet method. it started yesterday first kick but today it wont start cold popped it with some either it fired and idled let it warm up a bit killed it gave it a couple minutes and it started right up any ideas would be appreciated

id say its not getting enough fuel.
maybe u have some dirt in the choke or idle circuit or float valve ??

What airbox:-) I have pods they're sitting on my toolbox. I had it level these carbs are beating me up

Did you check the petcock/fuel tank for sediment? Clean inline filters? If it ran fine one day, then not the next I would bet it's fuel supply related.

Was cold starting an issue before rebuilding the carbs? I would look into a valve adj, maybe run a compression check but would for sure run the over head.

Before starting fluid would get it to fire it wouldn't idle its quite nice sounding when running definitely has good compression I guess ill check the timing maybe the advancer is sticky I've seen cars do that

Were you Air-filters on when you were trying to Kick Start Cold?

Yes, try that. it will create more signal in the venturi of the Carb. Also you should leave the Throttle closed.
Have you re-adjusted the jetting for the Pod's? Or are they just going on now?

It has stock jets bike came with pods and kerker. These carbs are way more sensitive than any single car carb.
