CB/CL360 carbs on a KZ400?

Someone out there done this? I have a rebuilt set of carburetors from a '74 SL360 Honda that pop right on my '74 KZ400. Anybody out there done this before. The SL carbs seem simpler than the OEM KZ400 setup.

If you can hook your cables to them you should be golden. most likely would need rejetted but if they fit they should work.
