I have 12 volts going into the ignition on the white wire with the key off. When the key is turned on, the voltage drops to about 6 volts. I didn't have this problem until I started checking wiring in the head light. I did spray electrical contact cleaner into the key switch hole and the wiring on the back of the switch. Now as soon as the key is turned on the voltage will drop from high 11 volts/low 12 volts to about 6.5 volts.

Those are the diagrams that I was using to check the voltage. I also noticed that now my turn signals dont work. I am trying to trace down that is causing this.
