well I cant buy another bike. I aleady have a z1 and a z1r projects. No need for another. I think ill go with a front mount and FI from Megasquirt. Now Im thinking about instead of a set of throttle bodies just on throttle body on the outside of the plenum.

Regarding mega squirt….
I have heard megasquirt being installed on bikes yet my information is from automotive related experience, not motorbikes…one can transfer this to bikes, its all relative…
Stepbrother and a friend both bought DIY mega squirt systems, brother for he’s Nissan 300ZX and mate bought it for he’s Toyota supra, because of the success the brother had (both twin turbo’s)…
Cut a long story short, the stepbrother has success and the friend still has not got it going after 18mths (lost interest last year and sticking with he’s OEM)…
Point is stepbrother is an electrical engineer guru who is contracted to make surveillance equipment for governments globally (shhhh, don’t tell  ) and the friend…well…. he does not!
Windscreen fitter and electrical enthusiast…
Stepbrother got the unit going on he’s work bench first (bench tested) off then into the car, it was interesting to see injectors being simulated via led’s and more so when he tunes the car via lap top…
(Some trades are more useful than others, I’m a chef by trade…. sushi any one?…. didn’t think so  ).
He did strongly advise this, “its just not worth putting it together yourself, buy it made complete with sellers warranty, its not worth the time and effort when it was only a few dollars extra to get it tested & functioning!â€, most things I will give a go except electronics, so coming from an expert, the advice was taken on board.
I will source it built with warranty when it comes time or I might find myself like my friend… out of pocket some 400 dollars and totally frustrated…
This may also be good advice for you?
I would have no hesitation choosing “mega squirtâ€, they also have a “microsquirt†unit…which is smaller and better suited for bikes.
So as for the price and features offered, being compared with other friends ECU’s, Motech and Holley (useless fricken thing  )………
Bang for buck…..It just can’t be beaten!

Motecs ROCK = $. Ive heard megas are comparable to Accel gen 6 = very capable, not available any more. Megas have good rep and inexpensive.

You don't need to be an electronic engineer to assemble a MegaSquirt, but being an electronics hobbiest helps. I've assembled two that bench checked ok, but I enjoy assembling electronic kits.
Even assembled, MegaSquirt delivers the biggest bang for the buck.

I will be doing Mega/Microsquirt when I do my 650 project. I've been helping a buddy with a Toyota MS project. Documentation can be challenging, but I think that's just because the product is so flexible in what it is capable of.

what do you guys think about using a set of TB from a ZX12. I have a set with throttle positon switch, fuel rail, injectors, etc.
I still would like to try a single TB. I have one from a car with the Throttle positon switch.

You'll need a throtle poss sensor not switch big diff. Some turbos might not like having their inlet blocked but i've seen it done.

I meant sensor. How is the inlet going to be blocked. I was thinking like a modern car.
turbo>TB>Intake>engine

Have to mention this about TB, mate with the Motec (in a PBR clubman, I think that’s what its called…. large go cart! ) had originally a 4age 16v motor in it…nothing flash. On the side he had a 20v silver top 4age (the bees knees…. revs up to 10-11000rpm, not his but potentially can) it has more gee gee’s than the other…
Cut another long story short the 20v had individual TB (1 per cylinder) and the other had standard (single), as a test he swapped the TB’s over to the 16v to see the dif… MY GOD the difference was astounding…. no dyno test but I’m sure there was more HP and it was far more responsive regardless and also was able to top it out further…
On his 20v (installed now) he also has 1 02 sensor per cylinder…. So this coupled with individual throttles bodies, injectors and……….
do I need to go on…
.
yet you are turbo charging, so i'm not sure if this is relavent.....

Some early setups had TB before turbo, your right aft turbo better with blow-off valve, your right individual better. (I think thats what he said)
