Saw a nice,not perfect but very nice,for $ 750.00 last week at the AMA Dragbike race in Georgia.Makes my $200 set all the nicer...

yep im quitting work and racing i'm starting a parts scrounging and getterridder sales dept. here at timebomb inc. send me your sick and cast off parts and i can promise you ridiculusly higher prices and even better return on your investment.[prices may not be the same as seen on internet.

you could buy a new set of flatslides for way less then that and have better performance.
i know, i know. but lets be real here
parts are getting REAL hard to come by for the smoothbores.
i looked for 4 months for a jetblock.
we won't even mention the jetblock gaskets.
but i did find them and have a new rebuilt set with everything new.
anyone got a couple grand for me? :laugh:

Yes indeed, exactly my point... By the time you buy these 30 year old carbs, send them off to wired george for repair/calibrations (if your lucky enough to find spare parts needed) you're paying the same price or actually spending more $$$ compared to a brand new set...
