Well, there's quite a bit of turmoil in the honda sohc forum over Cycle-X's CB750 sohc based racer beating all the proper 1000cc superbikes in Heavyweight Vintage Superbike AHRMA Class last weekend.

forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=108206.0

David Crussel, a top Z1000 rider placed second twice, but begs to be asked, how come? does he show up here in KZR?

Heavyweight Vintage Superbike results atre towards the bottom,

so then, who's gonna save the green honor this weekend at Grattan? Arthur, are you there? Can a sohc beat a dohc? :)

I'm shocked!

I would realy like to see a video of this race. For him to come back from that far he rode the crap out of that bike.

Gee maybe the rider had something to do with it?
If the same bikes always won it would be pretty damn boring going to the races in my experiance anyway ! :P

I saw both races but only remember the second one. The kz1000 led both races quite a bit, it was the last lap or so that the Honda took the lead. It seemed like something happened on that lap to close the gap that much.
