Anyone know if this exhaust would fit my Z250 twin????

Finding it difficult to get hold of a decent exhaust.

Sorry.

I meant a KZ250 LTD exhaust,as in the thread title. Thats the down pipes and endcan. The whole thing.

My bike is a Z250 not the LTD. The LTD seems to be a more cruiser style of bike. Mine isn't. Will see if I can get some pics to make it clearer.

I just wondered how easy it would be to fit a different exhaust to my project bike, as the one I have is rotten, if there were any straight swaps without any adaptation.

I saw a KZ250 LTD exhaust and wondered if it would fit.

Why dont you make your own design exhaust ? I've made my own exhaust, eventhought it has to follow the 'trial and error' factor....

Z 250 (don't know if it's an accurate representation of yours)

My KZ250LTD

Hard to tell but looks somewhat like they could be the same? If not, might not be all that hard to fit

Thanks Tim,

Yep thats my z250. It is different to yours in styling isnt it.

I've sent a load of emails to different breakers in my area to try to source one, but no luck as yet.

I dont think I have the skills or equipment to make my own! Unfortunatley.

I dont think they can match, look at the pipe angle and the length from the outlet to the downturn.
I dont know about the diameter of the pipe and the header shape, if they the same, i think u still can use it, just re-roll (re-angle) the pipe. Your workshop must be able to do that, even to make a new one, i think that is the basic skill for the modificator.
Hope it can help, sorry if not.... :(
