I'm glad i used the old 650 cover on the gpz case, its got more curves,
better start on the filler cap :ohmy:

turned it up on a lathe, 7000 series aircraft aloy.
I left the original seal in and pressed the plug in with a .018mm interfearance fit in a vice using loctite 641 retaining compound
i acquired about 50kg of large chunks 4"x4"x12" slabs from a metal recycler for $1/kg, aparently some bloke brought it in that worked night shift for an aircraft company. lucky meB) :woohoo:
