has anyone ever mill'd the oil pump cover to create more oil pressure? how much did you take off the pump and how much pressure did you pick up ?

Well Jailbait, your bike is designed to pick up a certain amount of oil at a time, plus designed in a certain way so it can pick up oil. Also too much oil distribution can cause bubbles in the oil, but do what you want dude. Tell me your results

I believe that Jeff Saunders did something very similar on one of his turbo bikes to ensure lots of oil. I think the process involves using a piece of glass, and valve lapping compound to tighten up the clearences to make the pump more efficient

Yeha I remember we talked about it wireman, but how much do I need to mill off is the real question. I can machine it I just need to know how much to take off

measure height of gears,then measure depth of housing plus gasket.adjust accordingly;)
