what is the largest displacement KZ derived platform displacement known to man? What is it with stock barrels?

stock jugs (1089 cc, kz1100, gpz1100) will go to 1260 cc w/ sleeves. with big blocks, the sky's (cooling, really) the limit. the kz1300 was pretty damn big, but I'm not sure if that's really considered a KZ platform.

The limiting factor for displacement in any Z1/KZ/J/GPZ motor is cylinder stud spacing in the crankcases- the biggest sleeves you can fit in a Kaw will hold 1500cc max.at stock stroke. Period. And the top case is pretty well hogged out at that point, lots of folks with 1463 or 1500 motors had to weld up the cases just above the points base to prevent leaks.

I've seen (and best of all heard) big strokers in dragbikes,like 1720 cc. but they don't seem to work all that well or everyone would have one.
