superglue. Yeah, really. Betcha that's what they used originally. Just make sure you clean both surfaces well with rubbing alcohol.what kinda glue will keep this new emblem stuck on there for years to come ?????

acetone will dissolve the old glue on the sidecover, but will also dissolve the paint.
