I need to rethread the oil drain on my bike b/c somehow the PO screwed it up, so I need to take the oil pan off, and I was wondering if there was any way to get just the gasket for the oil pan without spending $100 for a full gasket set. I checked Bike Bandit and that don't have it.

Thanks,
Nate

I spent a month trying to find one from all the normal sources. I ended up making one. Most car stores have gasket material. I used the thickest of 3 thiknesses. Used the old gasket as a template by laying the pieces on the material and spray paint over. Gets you in the ballpark for size and shape and you can trim the way you need to.

Neither bikebandit or kawasaki parts even shows a gasket in the schematic I was just going to have it drilled and tapped to a larger size.
