My 76 900 ltd which Ive owned two years never had a good idle circuit.I jetted every combination you could think of,I thought I may ignition or electrical problems.Tore the motor down for a rebuild and found 30 tooth cam sprocket,15 tooth on the crank,but 124 pin cam chain,needs 122 pin chain of course.That had to be my idle problem.
