Hi octane fuel?

My kz is bone stock. any reason to run anything more than the regular 87 octane?

run too high of octane youll just load of motor with carbon.i like 89 0ctane myself for most things.;)

Use the lowest octane your bike can handle safely with out pinging, why pay more for premium fuels that will just load up your plugs and drop your hp also. while tuning my bike on the dyno (high comp)I started with 100oct fuel and when we hit a plateau on the dyno, we drained and refilled with 91oct and immediately picked up 3hp and 3 ft. lbs. of torque. fwiw
