The cylinder head is physically the same on all J type 998 and 1089cc engines and will interchange.
The exception is some 1100 spectres that use the bathtub type twin swirl cylinder head as fitted to the 83-85 GPZ1100A and then you can only use one of the same type or one from the 83 - 85 GPZ1100A due to the differing piston crown profile.
If you provide a pic of your cylinder heads combustion chamber we can confirm what you need.

That is a normal Hemispherical combustion chamber so you can use the heads from Z1000J, Z1000R,GPZ1100B2,and most Z1100's with the hemi combustion chamber.
The years for the Bath tub head are 83 to 85 for the GPZ1100A ,83 to 85 for Z1100R , 84 to 85 for the ZN1100 LTD and 82 to 83 Spectre...
Is that your head in the pic ?
What's wrong with it ?

Here's a pic of the GPZ "bathtub" combustion chamber for comparison.
You can see the twin swirl pockets around the valves ( which someone somewhere decided it resembled a bath tub and the name stuck  ) and squish area either side.
These can be fitted to the J hemi engines easier then J heads on bath tub engines due to the lower crown of the J pistons but you still have to check valve to piston clearances etc due to the larger valves in the bathtub head and its steeper exhaust valve angle.
The bathtub head swap is a fairly common hop up mod for the J's etc.
Some clearancing of the piston valve pockets at the outer edge of the crowns will be required.

The 82 to 83 Spectre engines had the standard J-head I believe, including all the KZ1000 Police models produced until the early 2000's.

There should be no shortage those J-heads to choose from, but the challenge will be to find one in pristine condition.

Okay I didn't see the question yes it's my head the problem is I have my brother helping me reassemble and at the very last bolt on the cam caps he told me they're all moving and not tightening I should have known better he stripped every freaking one of them all eight I tried to heal the coils they didn't do a good job a company out in Washington said they'll do the whole engine over for 4500 that's including powder coating and everything I was about to do it but then I figured what the hell I just get another head I think that one's a little warped anyway but I have time serts I just bought I'm going to try them the helicoils worked in five of them I'm going to put the time search in the three that are bad I already cleaned them out and my parts washer and blew them out I I think I prefer if I can find a new head relatively in good shape I like that one you got in the box but that's a bathtub correct and I don't I'd rather go more or less what I got

Checking a source, and will follow up with what I find out...

😉

Has nothing currently, but maybe by the weekend.  Will let me know...

Meanwhile, do a scour job on ebay.  You may be pleasantly surprised.
