1428 street motor question

 
Good morning, everyone.  I am building a project bike.  It started as a 1977 KZ100A. I'm using a complete 'Busa front-end assembly and a top triple that will accept handlebars.  I'm using a ZX600J swingarm (which will give me about 2-3" extension and the shocks will mount right to the top of it once the mounts are welded to the swingarm.  I'm using a set of RC Component wheels for a 'Busa also.  Should have adequate suspension and braking for this bike.  I've got the 530 conversion, and Rebel Gear made my offset sprocket (18T front).  For the engine combo, I've got a KZ case with a 16-pin crankshaft that Pearson worked his magic on.  MTC cylinder, MTC 1428 GPZ pistons, and a GPZ 1100 head with bigger valves. Using Megacycle Cams circa 1992, found on eBay, that have never been run.  I'm running the Mikuni BS34's with APE pod filters (that do not restrict the air bleeds).  I may leave a little, carb-wise, on the table, but the tractability and smoothness make up for it to me.  MTC also did their mods on the clutch basket.  Of course, I've got head studs and some bottom-end reinforcement.  Basically, this thing should be fairly bulletproof.  Compression right around 10:1.  Dyna complete ignition system. I know cooling is going to be a potential issue, so I will run a heck of an oil cooler, but I'm assuming I need one that's thermostatically controlled and has an anti-drain-back feature.  Has anyone had experience with a motor this large on the street?  It will not be an everyday ride, and where I live, there won't be much sitting in traffic.  I also have access to 100LL AvGas, so that should help too.

While JJ doesn't do actually do these setups anymore, Eric took over. You're asking a lot for that displacement in an outside drag racing scenario..but You probably already have established that.
