baffle size titanium pipe

I had gotten this titanium exhaust some years ago and decided to install on my project bike,  hand bent header with nitro racing silencer. very light weight. I was surprised the baffle is removable, but they do not offer different size baffles. wouldn't be too difficult to make other sizes, had to source a 20deg bend to get the angle i wanted. So far i haven't heard it running just making a hangar and still have to weld extra spring tabs due to changing angles also going to install o2 bung on mid pipe , I will dyno the pipe when i get it installed , any recommendations or limits on baffle size The current baffle dia is bigger than my stock kerker but smaller than the race 2" baffle  on the kerker I have . Just measured baffle dia its 1.5 " my guess would be designed for good low and mid range   

Been working on the silencer for the exhaust , Nitron racing in Japan sells there silencers with baffle on the smaller size at 1.4 “ diameter , I had a friend 3D print some drill guides for drilling the baffle out  and lining everything up and it worked out well . I went with a 2” baffle this is the size my motogpwerks pipe is sized at . Hopefully I’ll get the spring tabs welded soon on the 20 deg bend and that should finish it up . I have to say 3D printing is amazing , my friend has been such a big help with this . Will let everyone know how it sounds when finished , cheers
