The profile of  the 44111 (16.9mm) Time-Sert I used looks similar, but less spark plug end shows in your picture compared to mine.

Check with the Time-Sert supplier below.  They were very helpful to provide information when I was considering the product, and will likely have just what you need:

The 44111 inserts extend slightly into the combustion chamber in my bathtub head.  This hasn't caused any problems in my running engine, but seeing that I decided to work them down a bit.

So I’ve been having issues looking for the “Time Sert” that came out of my bike. The inside thread pattern on mine fits my plugs fine but the outside thread pattern is 5/8 x 18. I cannot find anything like this. I asked the mechanics tools and bits. They said to order a M14 x 1.25. I did and the outside threads didn’t match. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

So you used a aftermarket insert not time sert? If so you may have to use a Big sert. I did and it worked out but it was a PITA.

The outer thread is likely M18 ... METRIC..

Correct the other thread is m18. But what is the inner thread? Because everything I read says that it’s the same as the outer which my plug will not fit or do I have to run a different plug? And to the other person I didn’t use an off brand I bought the bike then realized the guy I bought it from did.

See below for spark plug thread sizes, M14 and M12 are the most common sizes for automotive use

The ones from the auto parts stores fit poorly if that's what you have. The inner is m14 where the outer is some bastard size that won't fit the Time Sert. Does it tighten down and seal? If it does you can try locking sealer on it before going larger.

Umm, I think I am confused.

The inside threads of the insert must be the same as your sparkplugs, and I think you said they are the same.

The outside threads of the insert must be the same as the new threads cut into the head. They both will be a larger diameter and different pitch from the spark plug threads. There is no other choice, they have to be different. That way the insert will fit snugly in the head and the spark plug will fit snugly in the insert.

I bought some Time Serts and they won't fit the OEM brand (Auto Zone) insert holes. Too loose. They rely on a serrated top edge that you expand with the tool they provide. One split and I had to take it back out. The one I put in didn't fit snugly. The time Sert has a tool that expands the bottom last two threads. Much better design. They are cold rolled and it works well unless the hole is sloppy. The whole thing turned out to be a nightmare. Wish I had used Helicoils as I wanted to in the beginning.
