What type of insert did you use?

Not to belabor a well beaten horse but those valve seats can be cleaned up to some extent through lapping.  And when reassembling the head be sure to use new valve stem seals and to properly set the valve clearances, ideally at the high end of the spec range.

Can y’all tell me off this is a proper way to clean this cylinder head? I’m going to try and post a video, so y’all can see

 the video does not have sound. The sound is just a Dremel tool motor though, you’re not missing anything important without the sound

Yes it is threaded... lol. I have installed the insert yet as I’m still cleaning

Why does the chain tunnel gasket inprint surface so un-symmetrical/un-balanced?

I didn’t notice that. The bike was running before I took it apart. So I only hope for the best! Thanks for the heads up!
