Ok Thanks for all the input, I've stripped the engine in the last few weeks looking for the knock, I only found a timing chain sprocket a bit dodgy and one of the outer crankshaft bearings had a mark on it, so I changed them had an ex-Kawasaki drag racer mechanic look over all internal parts he explained without x-ray vision you can't tell what the crankshaft bearings are like but all looks Serviceable, so I put it all back together And needless to say that noise is still present,Here is a link to a video on YouTube
