Rubber sleeves?

Hi guys...another question that has me stumped.

When I removed the oil pan some of the bolts had rubber sleeves over them. I looked on partzilla and it looks like the replacement bolts don't have those sleeves.

Are they needed? And where would I get them? I don't know what they are actually called.

Thanks.

As Above.
No such thing as rubber sleeves for those bolts or any on these bikes..
A previous owner had gone overboard with the silicone sealer on an old gasket.
Probably more of the same partially blocking the oil pump pick up ..

Ok. Thanks. So I can just use the bolts as they are...no need for 100 pounds of silicone? Haha!

Thanks guys.

I think 98 in lbs might be a bit high. Z1 torque spec is 70 for sump bolts.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
