Leak and smoke

Hey guys. Just got everything up and running, for the most part, and I'm getting leaking from up top somewhere. When the bike runs I'm getting whitish smoke from the pipe. The exhaust pipe is wet. It's a 78 kz650...

Could the head gaskets be bad?

First guess is valve guide seals . And re torque head
