Sticking clutch
11 Jul 2018 04:13
I’ve got a 1977 KZ750 twin. When I first start it the clutch doesn’t fully disengage when I pull the clutch handle. I can feel it wanting to move a little when it’s running, clutch handle pulled, and I put it in first gear. It does go away and operate normally. I’ve adjusted the clutch per the manual 3 times just to be sure. I think it sat for a while before I purchased it and I haven’t had it on the road yet.
Thanks for any input.

Take the cable off and be sure it moves freely. Could be starting to break.
