KZ1000p

Just got a '77 KZ1000p that has been converted to a cafe racer. I will also mention that this my second bike, first being a BMW 1200GS. I bought this bike in order to get a better working knowledge of motorcycle mechanics. My questions are these.

Where is the best place to purchase the following...
1) Tires
2)Rebuild kits for a Mikuni Carb
3) Balance bar for the front forks
4) Rear Brakes lines...braided
5) Clutch Cable

Also,
What motor oil is best for this bike??
Best kind of plugs to use??

Anything else is welcome. The more information the better.
I will upload pics later

Thanks,
CM

1) Motorcycle Superstore?
2) Don't. See what is wrong first. Most all the brass can be cleaned and reused and crap is just plugging the ports and passages
3) www.fastfromthepast.com/23-0012 ... not sure the fork tubes are the same dia on the P but I've seen the P braces on eBay.
4) Not sure there, it's probably over kill.
5) Z1 Enterprises, Inc.

Oil is subjective, 15-40 is good, just be sure it is rated for wet clutches, JASMO
NGK plugs are excellent
