This video documents the KZ650 breaking the AMA and FIM U.S. and World 750cc endurance records back in 1977 at Daytona. The KZ650 retained those records for 8 years after which the GSX-R set new 750cc records. (but of course the KZ650 did it with the smaller 652cc engine
