750head question.

I have a freind who needs a head for an 82 csr 750. I found a head fro an advertised 78-80 750 t head are they the same is my question?

Not exactly, I'm pretty sure the 82-83 750 twins have the air injection ports and the matching cam cover.
You can use the earlier 76-80 heads if you use the matching cam cover and plug up the hose though.
What happened that he needs to replace the head?
