first dumb question

How do I check the oil level in a '75 400?:blush:

No dumb questions here. I'm not sure about a bike as old as yours, but most Kawasakis have a little round sight glass window, down low on the right side engine cover. Bike needs to be level, not on sidestand, to read the level.
