Yoshi stage 1 kzj/r cams

Hello all, I hope you can help with a few questions.
I have a set of 80's cams from my Kz1000r I had installed
and can't find any specs on them.They are marked with POPY and lr1/lr2
Neither has any tack groves, and I only have a slide caliper.
Any help would be great.

Sounds like either you have 2 intake cams or they're made for a J motor. Does your 1000R have an electric tach?

Measure the overall height of the lobe. The width of the base circle and subtract the base circle. You'll have gross lift number but no duration.

Duration is difficult to compare cams by most of the time because it was measured at different checking lifts.

Someone here may well have an old sheet for those cams. If you can't find anything, try an email to Yosh

Researching as much Yosh stuff as I can find...
