Will a header of of a 1983/84 KZ750 fit on a 1976KZ900A4. I can make it fit the frame but are the cylinders the same distance and are they the same diameter?

They are a diff diameter.
A 1000 (or possibly even an 1100) header will fit your 900 though.

besides the spacing it may be to short to fit under the motor. If it's tall enough you may be able to spread the tubes a little to make it fit.

Steve E pointed out that my response was mostly incompreshensible... head... header... I thought you had said.... ahhhh never mind, I am awake now!
The cylinder spacing for the cylinders is the same. The diameter of the exhuast ports are most likely not.
