My KZ1000 was rebuilt by me and the engine is being put back together. What is the stock or recommended torque for the engine parts??

Every size fastener has a different torque spec. The material the fastener is made of and the fastener's mission in life also affect the spec. A factory shop manual will have them all (except the cam caps on early 1000s).

You need a factory manual. Only two places I would NOT follow the manual are:

camshaft cap bolts: don't ever go over about 90 inch-pounds.

valve cover bolts: I use about 60 inch-pounds
