As far as I know, no one.
There was some big bore kits available for the 400/440's back in the early 80's, but there was/is no market making it worth producing them.
However, it should be possible to get them custom made somewhere, if you are willing to pay the price.
Or there are other 4 cylinder models that have got the same bore and are using the same 15mm piston pin.
