I rode from Milan to Hell and back. The "group" met at the local township hall, nobody showed except my buddy Derek on his Harley. This was the only place I took a pic and I must say it nicely accentuates the dent in my gas tank! Good route, followed the Huron river, up into Pinckney and the Hell, MI where we had something to eat. Left Hell and went west to Hadley road for a nice speed run through the turns. then on through Dexter and back home. Put in just shy of a hundred miles. Great night for a ride!

On a side note, I was going to try and get video with my daughters Gopro cam. A first for me. I think I must not be smart enough for this technology because I couldn't even turn the thing on!

Nice ride Trout !!
I live down the road from Hell. In fact I used to fight the fires in Hell as a Fire Chief LOL
Here is what a fiery sunset looks like from my deck pointed toward Hell

Thanks Steve, I hope to paint it over the winter. That paint job is more than 20 years old!

SF LTD, where ya at? I'd love a look at the hopped up version of my bike.

Man did you mess up! Not only did you lose the thread you also lost all the attached pics on the server.

I was going to at least reattach the pics I had posted but they weren't in my attachment manager. I'll see if I can find ones I posted to the old thread and upload them again.

With this 110+F temps this week it's been too hot for me to get out. I hang up the helmet and jacket when it's 105. Tucson AZ.

I've been riding my KZ almost everyday, at least when it's not raining. I gotten my mpg up to 37 mpg on last fill up, alot better than the 25 or so I was getting at the begining. Even rode her to work 2 days (about 35 miles one way) takeing the back roads rather than the interstate. I think the increased mpg is me maybe matureing a bit, getting over the quick hit I've never had, and remembering she is a very old bike and really shouldn't be pounded on, but I have yet to go to redline yet...she does like to rev tho...I took the lowers off with intentions of a bit cooler running.
