TOPIC:

OK, I got out on the bike and ran back up Little Cottonwood. Less than an hour from my drive way and back. A nice "stretch of the legs". Spring skiers driving up and back but not too bad. Saw several other riders doing the same as me. It was the high 60s when I pulled out of the drive way and mid 50s at the top. I stopped to take a few quick shots and then headed back down. This canyon is the only through glacial cut canyon in the entire range and there is a great spot to stop and snap a pic of the valley, which I did since there was almost no haze. Oh yeah! I snapped a pic of skiers on the slopes.

OK, I tried to edit out all the boring and less scenic parts. Starts about 1/4 up the canyon behind the ski mom followed by the dick that wouldn't get out of my way and even half-assed brake-checked me and forced me to go around him on the right. At about the middle you'll see 2 guys pull up on bikes as I'm pulling out to go back down. You can see better scenery going down than up. It ends just before I get to the area I took the pic of the valley.

Hope it's not too boring, I'm new to the video editing thing.

Puts the meaning into "America The Beautiful" Lots of people out there. Probally one of those short window's of time that you can ride with the snow. I am always amazed at the mountain shots on the TV show "Bitchin Rides" with Dave Kindig Customs.

My pleasure. Glad you got the package. I'm being as safe as I can without getting bored. Love this bike and feel confident as hell on it.

At this moment it's snowing like crazy and they probably wouldn't allow me up the canyon in my car right now. I'd have to borrow the kids Cherokee.

Out here theyre still going crazy with the sand going up the grand mesa Im going to give it a while longer, getting pretty close to jiggle season!!!

I got the map and data to come up on my tracker that shows the route, speed and altitude. Sometimes it doesn't come up immediately or I would have put this in the first post. Yes, that is the current temperature. It's been cold and mostly crappy, including snow many days since I did this ride.
