760 miles in three days. What a blast! Just got my Z1-B running after sitting for 10 years. First true test. Passed with flying colors. Average speed was 70 mph. Took it up to 6000rpm (105mph) once just for the fun of it.

Don't know how to attach multiple pics. So here is another single picture of a bridge over the Gila River at Gillespie dam on old Hwy 80.

And a pic of the bikes on top of Kitts Peak Observatory. Twelve mile detour of twisty road takes you up to about 7000 feet. Nice!

that is a great shot... the sunset...headlight...the fork reflector and dual disks...spoke rims and the reflection in the red painted body set...as well as the blurring dessert whipping away behind you...all work to make it a terrific shot...it kinda in afterthought reminds me of the old kerker posters a bit too cause of your perch and point- stance....really nice....a keeper

i looked again now, just before sumbmiting .and now notice the little clouds above the mountains...like a lord of the rings back drop...lotta good stuff worked on that shot.....B)

Yes, that is cool picture. That was day two. We started from Tucson and went through Sonoita, Elgin, Tombstone, Bisbee before we had to race the sun to Safford where we stayed at the "Essence of Tranquility". A cheesy little place that has 6 hot mineral spring water tubs (102 to 104 deg F). Felt really nice after 250 miles on the bikes. I got three compliments on my bike that day! Seems a lot of people like these old Kaws. Right on! My riding partner Brad snapped this picture will riding next to me. Great job Brad!

Here is a picture I took last June the day I got her on the road again after sitting for 10 years. Bout time.

The only mechanical issue I had was my headlight went out on day one. Bought a new headlight at Autozone in Tucson. Evidently I didn't tighten the screws enough. At the end of day two as we were riding in the dark to Safford the thing vibrated apart. I did a quick roadside repair just to get to our destination. The next day I took it apart and much to my amazement all the hardware was still in the housing.
