Kawasaki ZZR 1200 cc from 2003, 54,000 miles

Hi everyone!
I'm looking into getting a Kawasaki ZZR 1200 and wanted to hear your thoughts.
Is it worth it? Reliable? How hard is it to work on or find parts for?
