Does anyone know the ratio for the stock speedometer on a 1981 KZ440 LTD? Bought a bike and they changed the gauges. Speedo is not even close to accurate after 50 kph. The tach is also very bouncy and probably not functioning properly either.

US speedometers have 2240 revs = 1 mile stamped on the back. Some (all?) metric speedos are stamped 1400 revs = 1 km. But they spin at the same rate. 1 mile = 1.6 km, so the metric speedo spins 2240 revs per 1.6 km.
