Got me another GPZ

Picked this girl up . Found her sitting in a guys back yard leaning up against the garage . Said his son had it running years ago but never road her . Shes all there abd looks pretty good considering shes been outside for at least three years . The price was right so I had to save her.

You wouldnt think that when you looked in the carbs . Did clean them out and got it to fire up yesterday though . All the brakes are froze up . Throttle cable was froze up . Looks better in pics then when your standing next to it . Still amazed at how good it looks after being outside for so long .



Number three was full of water . . When I took the carbs off could see water in the head . Was lucky and piston was at the top so it didnt get into the cylinder . Thought it was screwed . Blew it out with some air and she fired right off .

Dave I couldn't just leave it there sunk in the mud . I really had no choice .
I have the same bike in my other garage that I bought a few years back so even if the motor was junk i could still use the parts .
Plus I think shes cute .
