No, Berkley dropped the ball on putting it on the hot sheet so it sat in storage for a month or so, and never followed up on some stuff, not that it would have done any good.

Those cops have there hands full out there, bigger fish first right, what can you do?

I will say that B.A.R.F. or " Bay Area Riders Forum really helped him out a lot by picking up the bike at the yard, and they even took up a collection to help with the monster storage fee that he lucky was able to talk down to somewhere between 4-5 hundred bucks

B.A.R.F. ROCKS!

Glad to see I'm not the only 44 Mag owner here, I have the S&W 29 and the Ruger Redhawk 4" that is where my screen name comes from. Obviously, I have a few others ;) they're a bit like motorcycles you always fancy another one, but easier to store.

I shot this 12 shot, 20 yard group at the range recently with my Ruger Redhawk and the stock iron sights, one flyer, but I can guarantee to make some holes for those stolen spark plugs to fit in :(.

I practice with these guns to keep my eye in, because there are a lot of cougars and bears on my mountain land and it's comforting when camping to have a back up plan beyond outrunning other family members :). Fortunately, so far I've only had to fire to scare cougars away a couple of times, when they've been curious and circling the camp at night , I'm not into shooting animals unless absolutely necessary, now spark plug thieves, that's a whole different story :).

That's not bad. I was taught to never shoot anything I wouldn't eat.

I don't think I'd want to eat a spark plug thief :)

Animal wise that's a good way to look at it, even then I don't really enjoy the killing part, but sometimes it's necessary, even just for pest control, or especially if you are hungry. definitely, if you are on the menu.

Grand pa Bob taught me how to hunt at 14. At his eulogy I told the story and what he said about making me eat what I shot. I believed him. Most laughed, some scowled at me. I'm not a cannibal so the worms would have to get him. I'm not suggesting shooting thieves but if they are sculking around in the dark, better him than me.
There's a old saying, I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
