79 Honda CX500C (5000mi) for KZ650-trade?

Just wondering if anyone might be interested in a trade. I have a 79 Honda CX500 Custom that I learned to ride on. It only has 5200mi on it. I want a duck tailed 650KZ, preferably the model with disk rear brake and alloy wheels (D2?). My bike could use new paint but is otherwise ok and pulls strong, as you'd expect of a low mileage bike. I'm in SE WI.
