Both, The "Ultra Measure Master" and "Conversion Master" will do these conversions. Available on Amazon.

And with hard-metric feeler gauges you can be dead-bones accurate on your valve clearances...and other stuff too.

i convert back and forth all the time it just seems to me to make more sense doing things like valve clearances and piton to cylinder clearances in standard also overall measurments i do in standard as well probably because of my days as a carpenter. i really don't know it also could be my rebellion against the government ramming new things down our throats. i'm not it just what i do. also i have always measured weights by pounds and volumes as cubic inchs or by the quart.so i guess i'm really messed up.
