I have a 1976/77 kz 650 motor that has been polished and it's in great shape but it's stuck. (like that when I got it). I'm selling it and A guy is offering me $25 what is it worth.

if you have another bike why not keep it for spare parts once you get the cylinders off it might not be that bad 25 dollars is nothing and i can guareentee that you will need parts and pieces in the future so i'd hang onto it.

Best way to get unstuck is dump some marvel mystery oil or ATF in in and let it sit for a week. Then put it in 2nd or 3rd gear and rock the bike back and forth. Do this a couple of times a day for a week or so. If it doesn't break loose it's gonna be pretty rusty inside.

hell 25 bucks wouldn't even buy you the spark plugs let alone anything else.

Yeah, I paid a little more than $25 for the 82 KZ750 motor I bought for my bike, it cost me a whopping $39.00, didn't include carbs though.

Depending on the current prices, it could be worth $25 or more as scrap.

Is the motor on the bike? Ifreaked when i had the motor out of my 650 for over a year and went to move the kicker and it wouldnt budge. After i put it back in the bike i realized it was in first, clicked it back into neutral and it kicked right over, i felt like i should be riding the short bus after that.........dee da dee....lol:laugh: :P :woohoo: :side:
