WOW! Dude's got chops!!! Best project doc up I ever seen and a fantastic result of a classic. The final picture wraps it up nicely and the bike is nice too!:woohoo:

makes me want to go into the shop and take realy long look at what i thought was junk. because apparently it's not, giving enough time and effort.

Wow. (gulp)
then whittle up some 304 stainless to look like the old valve covers...while the chips were flying why not do up some 304 head nuts?

I've missed the machine shop I worked in as a kid. But "whittle" up parts out of stainless? Wow. I'm impressed.

Yeah theres a machinist like that at school, he "whittles" things too, crazy Paul.

Really nice project, I'll get something like that one day and restore it.
