Maybe re-read that again?
No cams listed, but I'm sure that with the 1105cc and FBG head they're not stock, and then there's the matter of the "two step", are you sure you want to classify this as "basicly warmed over bike" ???
Depending on nitrous load, you could be looking at a 200+ hp bike, if you call this a "warmed over" bike, then how do you define a "hot" bike????
Hmmm, come to think of it, if the bike is running in the 9's it pretty well "has" to have at least 200 hp. :woohoo:
your running in the 9's with a basicly warmed over bike?
i mean an 1105 kit with a ported/polished head is not that radical yet it pull's high 9's,i guess im gonna stop wasteing all my $$$ on turbo's/nitrous setups and start buying up 1105 better yet 1260 kits and call it a day, jeez i wish you would have posted this info alot sooner,
Maybe re-read that again?
It's got an 1105 kit, 10.5:1, head done by Fast by Gast, sidewinder pipe, trans done, clutch done, crank done, 36mm flat slide mikunis, 5.5" slick, 2 step, air shifter wheelie bars.

What kind of nitrous load are you running?
Just off hand it seems to me that it pretty well has to be equivalent to a 100 hp shot.
And congratulations on breaking in to the nines!
I ride my Nephew's 85 GPz750 Turbo occasionally, (and if it's not a 10 sec bike I'll eat one of my hats), and that's enough to really get my adrenaline flowing!!

That is awsome! I'm running consistant low 13's for now.
last night were the last races for the year and it was real crowded so I only made one pass. I got the front wheel up and rode it out and gave the crowd a show. :woohoo: Check my avatar for the end result. next week I'm putting in my 1075 kit and start looking for cams. there is a set on ebay I'm checking on. then I have to save up for a set of 29's. but that will have to wait until spring. Congrats on the 9's!

well my best today was a 9.92 at 135.96mph!!!!!
no nitrous on the bike, all motor on 110 race gas. we're suprised as hell with these times, but definantly aren't complaining! perfect weather too!! 17 degrees celcius and a nice hot sun keepin the track sticky. everything went absolutely right today!
if someone wants to host a vid for my ill post it up, but otherwise i dont know how to put one ojn here, it says file to big.

"Two step" what then? Surely not an ignition controller as you have no need to retard the timing if you're not running boost or nitrous, so, two step what?
And running in the nines in the quarter, wow!

my little bike runs 10.70's on a regular basis in med. hat alberta which is about 2500ft and really dry when i go to mission b.c which sea level or below i run in the 40's or 50's my bike is a 1015cc 12to1 motor with .395 web cams i still foot shift it,my biggest problem is my 60's iam normally in the 1.65 range i weigh about 220 so i think thats what is hurting me. the bike has decent mile an hour usally 122-124 so im making good power for the engine and carb size(29 smoothbores) with that 1105 you should be close to the 9'sas long as you keep your skinny carcus in the saddle i can't see why you wont succeed. good luck and have fun
