Poor taste and dangerous advertising

I got this today in a forwarded email. It said something about being a "speed control" implement, but from the looks of it it's actually an advertisement ON the road surface for a suspension parts company.

The first thing I thought of was - whats going to happen to the motorcyclist who tries to avoid these "holes" or the driver who swerves into a rider? Either way, its kinda messed up. Here are the pics

I can see a lawsuit coming as I write this! And IF it was me on a bike and I put it down or worse..:angry: :evil: :angry:

That's just plain STUPID !! But a cager might see no problem with it.

Oh, that is SO messed up!
With all the the laws on all the books, there must be something prohibiting objects on the surface of the street.

That doesn't appear to be in the US.

I know the laws here would prohibit this, but in other countries, who knows?

Despite that, it is dangerous and stupid. That is the sort of thing that would make me want to NOT buy any Pioneer suspension products.

The advertising agency is in India. I guess they have nothing better to do when we're not calling for tech support to talk to some non-english speaking guy named Raj who answers the phone saying " -ello, dis is Peter"

Big time photoshop, and bad at that. Look at the large shadow that the guy is casting and then notice that nothing else has a shadow
