The best pricing I could find in Oregon was with Progressive. They were WAY cheaper than Geico. That surprised me.

When I got bike insurance through Progressive, it was about $170 a year. After 3 years it dropped to $80 a year (for liability)

Progressive is also the cheapest for me here in Alabama. $175 per year for full coverage on the 1100. That was a bit of a surprise, usually no one can beat ALFA here.

I have insurance with JC Taylor. My CB500T and KZ750B cost a total of $80/yr for $2,500/ea declared value comp and collision, $100k un/underinsured motorist, $100k liability. Your bike has to be >25 y/o, not used for commuting and stock.

If you have only 1 motorcycle I'm not sure, but I'm happy with Dairyland broadband coverage for all my motorcycles. $200 a yr covers any motorcycle I own or ride, so about $20 a yr per motorcycle right now. State Farm was charging me like $190 each.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
